We check the business and the site
Before an ATM goes in, we confirm the business is real, active and entitled to host it at that address.
Digital ID screening for the people behind it
Every director, and anyone who owns or controls 25% or more, completes an ID check on their phone with our verification partner. It takes a few minutes.
Every dollar accounted for
Who loads the cash and where the money settles matter most. We set every ATM up so the question of money laundering never arises.
Cash we supply
The cash comes from, and is settled back to, an independent cash owner. Your venue never touches the cash or the settlement.
Cash you load
We recommend a bank account used only for the ATM, so loads, withdrawals and settlements always reconcile.
Verified bank accounts
You upload a recent statement for each account, and we check the account name with our bank before the ATM goes live.
Built to pass a bank’s due diligence
Banks and settlement providers need to know an ATM network can’t be used to move money it shouldn’t. Our controls are designed for their risk and compliance teams.
AUSTRAC, AML/CTF and PCI
AUSTRAC and the AML/CTF Act
Our AML/CTF program covers customer identification (KYC) and ongoing monitoring under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006. We follow the AML/CTF reforms that started on 31 March 2026.
PCI and card security
EMV, PCI and TLS 1.2 compliant ATMs with anti-skimming and anti-jackpotting measures. The ATMs run a locked-down operating system that only accepts digitally signed software.
Physical ATM security
Business-hours or Level 1 safe options on the Argo and a CEN-1 rated safe on the deposit ATM. We advise on placement and anchoring to cut the risk of theft and ram raids.

Our modern slavery policy
Dash does not tolerate modern slavery in our business or in the businesses that supply us. That covers forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, child labour and deceptive recruitment.
Where we stand
Dash ATM Services (ABN 38 548 586 638) is below the $100 million revenue threshold in the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), so we are not required to lodge a modern slavery statement. We publish this policy because many of our customers do report, and they need to know where their suppliers stand.
Our people
Everyone who works for Dash does so freely and is paid at least their legal entitlements. We do not charge recruitment fees, and we never take or keep a worker’s passport or other original identity documents.
Our suppliers
Our suppliers are ATM manufacturers, cash-in-transit and field service companies, and telecommunications and technology providers. We expect each of them to obey the law on wages, working conditions and freedom of movement, and to expect the same of their own suppliers.
Where the risk is
Our highest risk is in electronics manufacturing overseas, not in our Australian operations. We take a supplier’s labour standards into account when we choose and review them, and we will stop using a supplier that does not fix a problem.
Raising a concern
Tell us about any concern at compliance@dashatm.com.au or on 1300 125 592. We will look into it, act on what we find, and never penalise anyone for speaking up in good faith.
If you report under the Act
We will complete your supplier questionnaire and give you what you need for your own modern slavery statement.
We review this policy each year. Last reviewed October 2026.
